Beatrice shook off a slow start to roll by Omaha Dushcesne 48-32 in subdistrict play. Callie Schwisow led all scorers with 27 points.
Beatrice’s defense shield in the second half, holding the Cardinals scoreless in the third quarter and to just 10 points in the fourth.
With the win, Beatrice advances to the district final on Saturday where they’ll face Skutt Catholic who rolled by Gering 60-37 on Wednesday night.
